Met de ProductFlow-koppeling in Stockhub automatiseer je de synchronisatie van producten, bestellingen en voorraad. ProductFlow fungeert als een PIM-systeem én marketplace integrator, waarmee je eenvoudig kunt verbinden met alle marketplaces die je via ProductFlow hebt gekoppeld. In dit artikel lees je hoe je zelf de koppeling kunt instellen via het klantenportaal in Stockhub.
1. Ga naar de integratie-instellingen
Log in op het klantenportaal van Stockhub en navigeer naar: Integraties > Integrators. Klik vervolgens rechtsboven op ‘Nieuwe integrator’.
2. Selecteer ProductFlow
Kies in de lijst met integrators voor ProductFlow.
3. Vul de gegevens in
Je wordt gevraagd om de volgende gegevens in te vullen:
Naam: een herkenbare naam voor de koppeling
API Key > zie onderstaand hoe je deze op kunt halen uit ProductFlow.
Company ID > zie onderstaand hoe je deze op kunt halen uit ProductFlow.
🔑 Gegevens ophalen vanuit ProductFlow
Log in op je ProductFlow-omgeving.
Klik rechtsboven op je naam en kies voor Profiel.
Onder het kopje API vind je je Company ID. Plak deze in Stockhub in het juiste veld.
Ga naar Personal Access Tokens. Klik op het plusje om een nieuw token aan te maken.
Geef het token een herkenbare naam en druk op Create.
Kopieer het token en plak dit in Stockhub bij het veld API Key.
4. Controleer de verbinding
Na het invullen van beide velden wordt de verbinding gelegd. Bij Verbinding status zie je hoeveel kanalen er succesvol zijn verbonden.
5. Stel de synchronisatie in
Geef aan welke onderdelen je wilt synchroniseren:
Bestellingen importeren vanuit ProductFlow
Bestaande productinformatie bijwerken vanuit ProductFlow
Nieuwe producten importeren vanuit ProductFlow
Voorraad in ProductFlow/Marketplaces bijwerken op basis van Stockhub
6. Verbind de marketplaces
In de volgende stap zie je een overzicht van alle marketplaces die via ProductFlow zijn verbonden. Per marketplace kun je aangeven of je deze wilt activeren en of bestellingen hiervan moeten worden geïmporteerd.
Overzicht van gekoppelde marketplaces
Alle marketplaces waarmee je via Productflow verbonden bent, worden automatisch zichtbaar in het klantenportaal van Stockhub. Je vindt deze onder: Integraties > Verkoopkanalen > Integrator. Vanuit dit overzicht kun je de instellingen per kanaal bekijken of aanpassen.
Onder het kopje Gegevens kun je:
Een herkenbare omschrijving toevoegen (bijvoorbeeld de naam van de marketplace of klant)
Een afzendernaam instellen (deze wordt gebruikt op het verzendlabel)
Onder het kopje Synchroniseren geef je aan welke onderdelen je wilt synchroniseren:
Bestellingen importeren vanuit het betreffende kanaal
Bestaande productinformatie bijwerken vanuit het betreffende kanaal
Nieuwe producten importeren vanuit het betreffende kanaal
Voorraad in het betreffende kanaal en aangesloten marketplaces bijwerken op basis van de voorraad in Stockhub
(Optioneel) Bestellingen standaard op snooze zetten
Verzendbevestiging terugsturen naar Productflow
Stockhub kan automatisch een bevestiging van een verzending terugsturen naar Productflow. Productflow stuurt deze verzendinformatie vervolgens door naar de gekoppelde webshops/marketplaces.
Om ervoor te zorgen dat deze terugkoppeling correct verloopt, is het belangrijk dat de juiste verzenders zijn aangemaakt binnen Productflow. Gebruik hiervoor exact de onderstaande benamingen, anders wordt de terugkoppeling niet herkend:

Let op: de naamgeving is hoofdlettergevoelig. Zorg ervoor dat je de benamingen exact overneemt zoals hierboven vermeld.

With the ProductFlow integration in Stockhub, you can automate the synchronization of products, orders, and inventory. ProductFlow acts as both a PIM system and a marketplace integrator, allowing you to easily connect all marketplaces that are linked via ProductFlow.
In this article, you’ll learn how to set up the integration yourself through the Stockhub customer portal.
1. Go to the integration settings
Log in to the Stockhub customer portal and navigate to: Integrations > Integrators. Then click New integrator in the top-right corner.
2. Select ProductFlow
From the list of available integrators, select ProductFlow.
3. Enter the required details
You will be asked to provide the following information:
Name – A recognizable name for the integration
API Key – See below for instructions on how to retrieve this from ProductFlow
Company ID – See below for instructions on how to retrieve this from ProductFlow
🔑 Retrieving credentials from ProductFlow
Log in to your ProductFlow environment.
Click your name in the top-right corner and select Profile.
Under the API section, you will find your Company ID. Copy this value and paste it into the appropriate field in Stockhub.
Go to Personal Access Tokens and click the plus icon to create a new token.
Give the token a recognizable name and click Create.
Copy the token and paste it into Stockhub in the API Key field.
4. Verify the connection
After both fields have been filled in, the connection will be established automatically. Under Connection status, you can see how many channels have been successfully connected.
5. Configure synchronization settings
Select which data you want to synchronize:
Import orders from ProductFlow
Update existing product information from ProductFlow
Import new products from ProductFlow
Update inventory in ProductFlow and connected marketplaces based on Stockhub inventory
6. Connect marketplaces
In the next step, you’ll see an overview of all marketplaces connected via ProductFlow. For each marketplace, you can choose:
Whether the marketplace should be activated
Whether orders from that marketplace should be imported
Overview of connected marketplaces
All marketplaces connected via ProductFlow are automatically visible in the Stockhub customer portal. You can find them under: Integrations > Sales channels > Integrator
From this overview, you can view or modify the settings for each channel.
Channel details
Under the Details section, you can:
Add a recognizable description (for example, the name of the marketplace or customer)
Set a sender name (this will be used on the shipping label)
Synchronization settings
Under the Synchronization section, you can define which data should be synchronized:
Import orders from the selected channel
Update existing product information from the selected channel
Import new products from the selected channel
Update inventory in the selected channel and connected marketplaces based on Stockhub inventory
(Optional) Set orders to Snooze by default
Sending shipment confirmations back to ProductFlow
Stockhub can automatically send shipment confirmations back to ProductFlow. ProductFlow then forwards this shipping information to the connected webshops and marketplaces.
To ensure this feedback is processed correctly, it is important that the correct sender names are configured within ProductFlow. Use exactly the names listed below, otherwise the shipment confirmation will not be recognized:
