Koppeling Stockhub met E-Tailize (NL + EN)

Met de E-Tailize-koppeling in Stockhub automatiseer je de synchronisatie van producten, bestellingen en voorraad. E-Tailize fungeert als een PIM-systeem én marketplace integrator, waarmee je eenvoudig kunt verbinden met alle marketplaces die je via E-Tailize hebt gekoppeld. In dit artikel lees je hoe je zelf de koppeling kunt instellen via het klantenportaal in Stockhub.

1. Ga naar de integratie-instellingen

Log in op het klantenportaal van Stockhub en navigeer naar: Integraties > Integrators. Klik vervolgens rechtsboven op de blauwe knop ‘Nieuwe integrator’.

2. Selecteer E-Tailize

Kies in de lijst met integrators voor E-Tailize.

3. Vul de gegevens in

Je wordt gevraagd om de volgende gegevens in te vullen:

Naam: een herkenbare naam voor de koppeling
Tenant ID > zie onderstaand hoe je deze op kunt halen uit E-Tailize.
Project ID > zie onderstaand hoe je deze op kunt halen uit E-Tailize.

🔑 Gegevens ophalen vanuit E-Tailize

Log in op E-Tailize.
Navigeer in het menu naar Settings.
Klik op Connections.
Druk op ‘New connection’& kies voor WMS.
Selecteer Stockhub bij ‘Select warehouse’.
Kopieer het Tenant ID en Project ID via de kopieerknoppen.
Plak deze gegevens in de juiste velden in Stockhub.

4. Controleer de verbinding

Na het invullen van beide velden wordt de verbinding gelegd. Bij Verbinding status zie je hoeveel kanalen er succesvol zijn verbonden.

5. Stel de synchronisatie in

Geef aan welke onderdelen je wilt synchroniseren:

Bestellingen importeren vanuit E-Tailize
Bestaande productinformatie bijwerken vanuit E-Tailize
Nieuwe producten importeren vanuit E-Tailize
Voorraad in E-Tailize/Marketplaces bijwerken op basis van Stockhub

6. Verbind de marketplaces

In de volgende stap zie je een overzicht van alle marketplaces die via E-Tailize zijn verbonden. Per marketplace kun je aangeven of je deze wilt activeren en of bestellingen hiervan moeten worden geïmporteerd.

Overzicht van gekoppelde marketplaces

Alle marketplaces waarmee je via E-Tailize verbonden bent, worden automatisch zichtbaar in het klantenportaal van Stockhub. Je vindt deze onder: Integraties > Verkoopkanalen > Integrator. Vanuit dit overzicht kun je de instellingen per kanaal bekijken of aanpassen.

Onder het kopje Gegevens kun je:

Een herkenbare omschrijving toevoegen (bijvoorbeeld de naam van de marketplace of klant)
Een afzendernaam instellen (deze wordt gebruikt op het verzendlabel)

Onder het kopje Synchroniseren geef je aan welke onderdelen je wilt synchroniseren:

Bestellingen importeren vanuit het betreffende kanaal
Bestaande productinformatie bijwerken vanuit het betreffende kanaal
Nieuwe producten importeren vanuit het betreffende kanaal
Voorraad in het betreffende kanaal en aangesloten marketplaces bijwerken op basis van de voorraad in Stockhub
(Optioneel) Bestellingen standaard op snooze zetten

With the E-Tailize integration in Stockhub, you can automate the synchronization of products, orders, and inventory. E-Tailize acts as both a PIM system and a marketplace integrator, allowing you to easily connect all marketplaces that are linked via E-Tailize.

In this article, you’ll learn how to set up the integration yourself through the Stockhub customer portal.

1. Go to the integration settings

Log in to the Stockhub customer portal and navigate to: Integrations > Integrators. Then click the blue New integrator button in the top-right corner.

2. Select E-Tailize

From the list of available integrators, select E-Tailize.

3. Enter the required details

You will be asked to provide the following information:

Name – A recognizable name for the integration
Tenant ID – See below for instructions on how to retrieve this from E-Tailize
Project ID – See below for instructions on how to retrieve this from E-Tailize

🔑 Retrieving credentials from E-Tailize

Log in to E-Tailize.
Navigate to Settings in the menu.
Click Connections.
Click New connection and select WMS.
Select Stockhub under Select warehouse.
Copy the Tenant ID and Project ID using the copy buttons.
Paste these values into the corresponding fields in Stockhub.

4. Verify the connection

After both fields are filled in, the connection will be established automatically. Under Connection status, you can see how many channels have been successfully connected.

5. Configure synchronization settings

Select which data you want to synchronize:

Import orders from E-Tailize
Update existing product information from E-Tailize
Import new products from E-Tailize
Update inventory in E-Tailize and connected marketplaces based on Stockhub stock

6. Connect marketplaces

In the next step, you’ll see an overview of all marketplaces connected via E-Tailize. For each marketplace, you can choose:

Whether the marketplace should be activated
Whether orders from that marketplace should be imported

Overview of connected marketplaces

All marketplaces connected via E-Tailize are automatically visible in the Stockhub customer portal. You can find them under: Integrations > Sales channels > Integrator.

From this overview, you can view or adjust the settings per channel.

Channel details

Under the Details section, you can:

Add a recognizable description (for example, the name of the marketplace or customer)
Set a sender name (this will be used on the shipping label)

Synchronization settings

Under the Synchronization section, you can specify which data should be synchronized:

Import orders from the selected channel
Update existing product information from the selected channel
Import new products from the selected channel
Update inventory in the selected channel and connected marketplaces based on Stockhub inventory
(Optional) Set orders to Snooze by default
