Notificaties instellen in het klantenportaal (NL + EN)

In het klantenportaal van Stockhub kun je per gebruiker instellen welke notificaties je wilt ontvangen en op welke manier. In dit artikel lees je hoe je deze notificaties instelt en beheert.

Notificatie-instellingen openen

1. Klik rechtsboven in het scherm op het notificatie-icoon.

2. Klik vervolgens op de blauwe knop ‘Bekijk alles’.

3. Je komt nu in het overzicht van de notificaties.

4. Navigeer linksboven naar Notificatie instellingen.

Hier kun je alle notificatievoorkeuren beheren.

Manieren om notificaties te ontvangen

Je kunt notificaties op twee manieren ontvangen:

1. E-mail
   De notificatie wordt verstuurd naar het e-mailadres van de specifieke gebruiker.

2. Notificaties binnen Stockhub
   De notificatie verschijnt direct in het Stockhub-portaal bij de gebruiker die dit heeft ingesteld.

Let op: notificaties worden altijd per gebruiker ingesteld.

Apparaat aanmelden voor notificaties

Om notificaties binnen Stockhub te kunnen ontvangen, moet elke gebruiker eerst zijn of haar apparaat aanmelden.

1. Ga in de notificatie-instellingen naar de rechterkant van het scherm.

2. Vul in het veld Apparaat een herkenbare naam in voor je apparaat (bijvoorbeeld: Laptop Jesse).

3. Klik op ‘Aanmelden’.

Testnotificatie versturen

Je kunt controleren of de notificaties correct werken door bij het aangemelde apparaat te klikken op ‘Stuur testnotificatie’.

Je ontvangt dan direct een testnotificatie in het portaal.

Soorten notificaties

Binnen Stockhub zijn de volgende notificaties beschikbaar:

1. Systeem
   Algemene notificaties vanuit Stockhub.
   Deze notificaties staan standaard ingeschakeld.

2. Bestellingen
   Notificaties over backorders.

3. Zendingen

4. Voorraad
   Notificaties wanneer de voorraad van een product onder de ingestelde veiligheidsvoorraad komt.

5. Inslag
   Notificaties wanneer een inslag is verwerkt.

6. Exports

7. Retouren

Per type notificatie kun je instellen of je deze:

• alleen binnen Stockhub ontvangt,

• alleen per e-mail ontvangt,

• of beide.

In the Stockhub customer portal, you can configure which notifications you want to receive and how, per user. This article explains how to set up and manage these notifications.

Opening the notification settings

1. Click the notification icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. Then click the blue “View all” button.

3. You will now see the notification overview.

4. Navigate to Notification settings in the top-left corner.

Here you can manage all notification preferences.

Ways to receive notifications

You can receive notifications in two ways:

Email
The notification is sent to the email address of the specific user.

Notifications within Stockhub
The notification appears directly in the Stockhub portal for the user who configured it.

Please note: notifications are always configured per user.

Registering a device for notifications

To receive notifications within Stockhub, each user must first register their device.

1. In the notification settings, navigate to the right-hand side of the screen.

2. Enter a recognizable name for your device in the Device field (for example: Jesse’s laptop).

3. Click “Register”.

Sending a test notification

You can verify whether notifications are working correctly by clicking “Send test notification” next to the registered device.

You will immediately receive a test notification in the portal.

Types of notifications

The following notification types are available in Stockhub:

1. Systeem
   General notifications from Stockhub.
   These notifications are enabled by default.

2. Bestellingen
   Notifications related to backorders.

3. Shipments

4. Stock
   Notifications when a product’s stock level falls below the configured safety stock.

5. Inbound
   Notifications when an inbound shipment has been processed.

6. Exports

7. Returns

Notification delivery per type

For each notification type, you can choose to receive notifications:

• only within Stockhub,

• only via email,

• or both.
