Notificaties (NL + EN)

Binnen Stockhub kun je notificaties ontvangen over belangrijke gebeurtenissen, zoals systeemmeldingen, bestellingen of voorraadupdates. In dit artikel lees je waar je notificaties kunt vinden en welke soorten notificaties er zijn.

Notificaties bekijken

Je kunt notificaties bekijken door rechtsboven in het scherm op het notificatie-icoon te klikken. Aan de rechterkant verschijnt een overzicht van de meest recente notificaties.

Wil je alle notificaties bekijken? Klik dan op de blauwe knop ‘Bekijk alles’. Je komt nu in het volledige notificatieoverzicht terecht.

In dit overzicht zie je per notificatie:

• waar de notificatie over gaat;

• de datum waarop de notificatie is aangemaakt;

• het tijdstip van de notificatie.

Soorten notificaties

Binnen Stockhub kun je de volgende soorten notificaties tegenkomen:

1. Systeem
   Algemene notificaties vanuit Stockhub.
   Deze notificaties staan standaard ingeschakeld.

2. Bestellingen
   Notificaties over backorders.

3. Zendingen

4. Voorraad
   Notificaties wanneer de voorraad van een product onder de ingestelde veiligheidsvoorraad komt.

5. Inslag
   Notificaties wanneer een inslag is verwerkt.

6. Exports

Within Stockhub, you can receive notifications about important events, such as system messages, orders, or inventory updates. This article explains where to find your notifications and which types of notifications are available.

Viewing notifications

You can view notifications by clicking the notification icon in the top-right corner of the screen. A panel with the most recent notifications will appear on the right-hand side.

Would you like to view all notifications? Click the blue “View all” button to open the full notification overview.

In this overview, you can see for each notification:

• what the notification is about;

• the date the notification was created;

• the time of the notification.

Types of notifications

Within Stockhub, you may encounter the following types of notifications:

1. Systeem
   General notifications from Stockhub.
   These notifications are enabled by default.

2. Bestellingen
   Notifications related to backorders.

3. Shipments

4. Stock
   Notifications when a product’s stock level falls below the configured safety stock.

5. Inbound
   Notifications when an inbound shipment has been processed.

6. Exports
