Koppeling Stockhub met CCV Shop (NL + EN)

Met de CCV Shop-koppeling in Stockhub automatiseer je de synchronisatie van producten, bestellingen en voorraad. Hierdoor blijft je voorraad actueel, worden bestellingen automatisch doorgestuurd naar je fulfilmentpartner en voorkom je dubbele invoer. In dit artikel lees je hoe je zelf de koppeling kunt instellen via het klantenportaal in Stockhub.

1. Ga naar de integratie-instellingen

Log in op het klantenportaal van Stockhub en navigeer naar: Integraties > Verkoopkanalen. Klik vervolgens rechtsboven op ‘Nieuw verkoopkanaal’.

2. Selecteer CCV Shop

Kies in de lijst met verkoopkanalen voor CCV Shop.

3. Vul de gegevens in

Je wordt gevraagd om de volgende gegevens in te vullen:

• Omschrijving: een herkenbare naam voor de koppeling

• Afzendernaam: De naam van de afzender die op het verzendlabel komt te staan. Laat je dit veld leeg, dan wordt automatisch de standaardnaam van je shop gebruikt. 

• URL: de URL van je CCV Shop-webshop

• Public key > zie onderstaand hoe je deze op kunt halen uit CCV shop.

• Secret key > zie onderstaand hoe je deze op kunt halen uit CCV shop.

🔑 Gegevens ophalen vanuit CCV shop

1. Log in op je CCV Shop-beheeromgeving als administrator.
2. Ga naar App Store in het linker menu.
3. Zoek naar ‘API’ en installeer de API-app als deze nog niet geïnstalleerd is.
4. Ga vervolgens naar Mijn webshop > Instellingen > Algemeen > API gegevens.
5. Klik op ‘Nieuwe API Key’.
6. Geef de API Key een herkenbare naam (bijvoorbeeld: 'Stockhub') en zorg ervoor dat alle rechten zijn aangevinkt onder het kopje 'Rechten'.
7. Klik op ‘Toepassen’ om de API Key aan te maken.
8. Kopieer de API Key en API Secret en plak deze in de juiste velden in Stockhub.

Na het invullen van de bovenstaande gegevens kun je op ‘Test verbinding’ klikken om te controleren of de koppeling correct werkt.

4. Kies de juiste eenheden

Selecteer de juiste gewichtseenheid en afmetingseenheid voor jouw producten. Kies hier de eenheden die in je CCV shop worden gebruikt. 

5. Stel de synchronisatie in

Geef aan welke onderdelen je wilt synchroniseren:

• Bestellingen importeren vanuit CCV Shop

• Bestaande productinformatie bijwerken vanuit CCV Shop (Deze optie is alleen zichtbaar als het fulfilmentbedrijf dit voor je heeft ingeschakeld).

• Nieuwe producten importeren vanuit CCV Shop (Deze optie is alleen zichtbaar als het fulfilmentbedrijf dit voor je heeft ingeschakeld.)

• Voorraad in CCV Shop bijwerken op basis van Stockhub

Daarnaast kun je aangeven hoeveel virtuele voorraad je wilt meesturen naar CCV Shop. Dit is een extra buffer bovenop je daadwerkelijke voorraad, om nee-verkopen te voorkomen.

6. Opslaan en activeren

Klik op Opslaan om de koppeling te activeren. Je CCV Shop-webshop is nu verbonden met Stockhub.

Koppeling beheren of verwijderen

Je kunt op ieder moment de instellingen van de koppeling aanpassen door erop te klikken in het overzicht.
Wil je de koppeling verwijderen? Klik dan op de koppeling en vervolgens op de rode knop ‘Verwijderen’.

With the CCV Shop integration in Stockhub, you can automate the synchronization of products, orders, and inventory. This ensures your stock levels stay up to date, orders are automatically forwarded to your fulfillment partner, and duplicate data entry is avoided. In this article, you’ll learn how to set up the integration yourself via the Stockhub customer portal.

1. Go to the integration settings

Log in to the Stockhub customer portal and navigate to: Integrations > Sales Channels. Then click “New sales channel” in the top right corner.

2. Select CCV Shop

From the list of available sales channels, select CCV Shop.

3. Enter the details

You will be asked to provide the following information:

• Description: A recognizable name for the integration

• Sender name: The sender name that will appear on the shipping label. If left empty, the default shop name will be used automatically.

• URL: The URL of your CCV Shop webshop

• Public key: See below for instructions on how to retrieve this from CCV Shop

• Secret key: See below for instructions on how to retrieve this from CCV Shop

🔑 Retrieving credentials from CCV Shop

1. Log in to your CCV Shop admin environment as an administrator.

2. Go to the App Store in the left-hand menu.

3. Search for “API” and install the API app if it is not already installed.

4. Navigate to My Webshop > Settings > General > API details.

5. Click “New API Key”.

6. Give the API key a recognizable name (for example: Stockhub) and make sure all permissions under Rights are enabled.

7. Click “Apply” to create the API key.

8. Copy the API Key and API Secret and paste them into the corresponding fields in Stockhub.

After entering all the required information, click “Test connection” to verify that the integration is working correctly.

4. Select the correct units

Select the correct weight unit and dimension unit for your products. Make sure to choose the units that are used in your CCV Shop.

5. Configure synchronization settings

Specify which components you want to synchronize:

• Import orders from CCV Shop

• Update existing product information from CCV Shop (This option is only visible if your fulfillment provider has enabled this for you.)

• Import new products from CCV Shop (This option is only visible if your fulfillment provider has enabled this for you.)

• Update inventory levels in CCV Shop based on Stockhub

Additionally, you can define how much virtual stock you want to send to CCV Shop. This acts as an extra buffer on top of your actual inventory to help prevent out-of-stock sales.

6. Save and activate

Click Save to activate the integration. Your CCV Shop webshop is now connected to Stockhub.

Managing or removing the integration

You can adjust the integration settings at any time by clicking on the integration in the overview.
To remove the integration, click on it and then select the red “Delete” button.
