1. Ga naar de integratie-instellingen

Log in op het klantenportaal van Stockhub en navigeer naar: Integraties > Verkoopkanalen. Klik vervolgens rechtsboven op ‘Nieuw verkoopkanaal’.

2. Selecteer Shopware

Kies in de lijst met verkoopkanalen voor Shopware.

3. Vul de gegevens in

Je wordt gevraagd om de volgende gegevens in te vullen:

• Omschrijving (een herkenbare naam voor de koppeling)

• Afzendernaam: De naam van de afzender die op het verzendlabel komt te staan. Laat je dit veld leeg, dan wordt automatisch de standaardnaam van je shop gebruikt.

• URL: De volledige URL van je Shopware-webshop (bijv. https://www.mijnwebshop.nl)

• Client ID: (onderstaand lees je hoe je die kunt verkrijgen vanuit je webshop)

• Client Secret: (onderstaand lees je hoe je die kunt verkrijgen vanuit je webshop)

🔑 Gegevens ophalen vanuit Shopware

Stap 1: Een API-integratie aanmaken

1. Log in op de beheeromgeving van Shopware.
2. Navigeer naar Instellingen → Systeem → Integraties.
3. Klik op Integratie toevoegen.
4. Geef de integratie een herkenbare naam, bijvoorbeeld Stockhub.
5. Sla de integratie op.

Na het opslaan worden de volgende gegevens getoond:

• Access Key ID (Client ID)
• Secret Access Key (Client Secret)

Let op: De Secret Access Key wordt slechts één keer volledig weergegeven. Bewaar deze daarom direct op een veilige plaats.

Voer vervolgens de Client ID en Client Secret in bij de Shopware-koppeling binnen Stockhub.

Stap 2: API-rechten instellen

Om ervoor te zorgen dat Stockhub correct met Shopware kan communiceren, moet de integratie beschikken over de juiste API-rechten.

Geef de integratie minimaal lees- en schrijfrechten op de volgende onderdelen:

• Producten
• Productvarianten
• Voorraad (Stock)
• Orders
• Orderregels
• Klanten
• Adressen
• Verzendingen (Shipments)
• Verzendmethodes
• Betalingen
• Betaalmethodes
• Landen
• Valuta
• Belastingen (Tax)
• Media (indien afbeeldingen worden gesynchroniseerd)

4. Stel de synchronisatie in

Geef aan welke onderdelen je wilt synchroniseren:

• Bestellingen importeren vanuit Shopware

• Bestaande productinformatie bijwerken vanuit Shopware
  (Deze optie is alleen zichtbaar als het fulfilmentbedrijf dit voor je heeft ingeschakeld.)

• Nieuwe producten importeren vanuit Shopware
  (Deze optie is alleen zichtbaar als het fulfilmentbedrijf dit voor je heeft ingeschakeld.)

• Voorraad in Shopware bijwerken op basis van Stockhub

Je kunt ook een hoeveelheid virtuele voorraad opgeven. Dit is een extra buffer bovenop je daadwerkelijke voorraad, om nee-verkopen te voorkomen.

5. Opslaan en activeren

Klik op Opslaan om de koppeling te activeren. Je Shopware-webshop is nu verbonden met Stockhub.

Koppeling beheren of verwijderen

Wil je later iets aanpassen? Klik op de koppeling in het overzicht om de instellingen te wijzigen.

Verwijderen kan door op de koppeling te klikken en vervolgens op de rode knop ‘Verwijderen’ te drukken.

1. Go to the integration settings

Log in to the Stockhub customer portal and navigate to: Integrations > Sales channels. Click ‘New sales channel’ in the top right corner.

2. Select Shopware

Select Shopware from the list of available sales channels.

3. Enter the required details

You will be asked to enter the following information:

Description
A recognizable name for the connection.

Sender name
The name of the sender that will be displayed on the shipping label. If you leave this field empty, the default name of your webshop will be used automatically.

URL
The full URL of your Shopware webshop (for example: https://www.mywebshop.com)

Client ID
(See below how to retrieve this from your webshop.)

Client Secret
(See below how to retrieve this from your webshop.)

🔑 Retrieve the required details from Shopware

Step 1: Create an API integration

1. Log in to your Shopware administration environment.
2. Navigate to Settings → System → Integrations.
3. Click Add integration.
4. Give the integration a recognizable name, for example Stockhub.
5. Save the integration.

After saving, the following details will be displayed:

• Access Key ID (Client ID)
• Secret Access Key (Client Secret)

Important: The Secret Access Key is only displayed in full once. Make sure to save it securely immediately.

Enter the Client ID and Client Secret in the Shopware connection settings within Stockhub.

Step 2: Configure API permissions

To allow Stockhub to communicate correctly with Shopware, the integration must have the required API permissions.

Grant the integration at least read and write permissions for the following sections:

• Products
• Product variants
• Stock
• Orders
• Order line items
• Customers
• Addresses
• Shipments
• Shipping methods
• Payments
• Payment methods
• Countries
• Currencies
• Taxes
• Media (if images are synchronized)

4. Configure the synchronization settings

Select which data you want to synchronize:

Import orders from Shopware

Import orders from your Shopware webshop into Stockhub.

Update existing product information from Shopware
(This option is only visible if the fulfilment company has enabled this feature.)

Import new products from Shopware
(This option is only visible if the fulfilment company has enabled this feature.)

Update stock levels in Shopware based on Stockhub

You can also configure a virtual stock quantity. This is an additional buffer on top of your actual stock level to prevent overselling.

5. Save and activate

Click Save to activate the connection.

Your Shopware webshop is now connected to Stockhub.

Managing or removing the connection

Would you like to make changes later? Click the connection in the overview to update the settings.

To remove the connection, open the connection settings and click the red ‘Delete’ button.
