Overslaan en naar hoofdcontent gaan

1. Ga naar de integratie-instellingen

Log in op het klantenportaal van Stockhub en navigeer naar:
Integraties > Verkoopkanalen. Klik vervolgens rechtsboven op ‘Nieuw verkoopkanaal’.

2. Selecteer PrestaShop

Kies in de lijst met verkoopkanalen voor PrestaShop.

3. Vul de gegevens in

Je wordt gevraagd om de volgende gegevens in te vullen:

  • Omschrijving (een herkenbare naam voor de koppeling)

  • Afzendernaam: De naam van de afzender die op het verzendlabel komt te staan. Laat je dit veld leeg, dan wordt automatisch de standaardnaam van je shop gebruikt.

  • Shop: De volledige URL van je PrestaShop-webshop (bijv. https://www.mijnwebshop.nl)

  • Access token (API-sleutel vanuit PrestaShop)

🔑 Gegevens ophalen vanuit PrestaShop

Voor de koppeling met Stockhub maakt PrestaShop gebruik van de officiële Webservice (API). Hiervoor heb je een API-sleutel (access token) nodig.

Volg onderstaande stappen om deze aan te maken:

  1. Log in op het beheerdersgedeelte (backoffice) van je PrestaShop-webshop.

  2. Ga naar Geavanceerde instellingen → Webservice.

    In sommige PrestaShop-versies vind je deze onder Advanced Parameters → Webservice.

  3. Activeer eerst de Webservice door bovenaan “PrestaShop’s webservice inschakelen” op Ja te zetten (indien nog niet actief).

  4. Klik vervolgens op “Nieuwe webservicesleutel toevoegen”.

  5. PrestaShop genereert automatisch een API-sleutel.

  6. Geef de sleutel een herkenbare omschrijving, bijvoorbeeld:
    “Stockhub integratie” of “WMS koppeling”.

  7. Stel de juiste rechten (permissions) in. Voor een correcte werking van de koppeling zijn minimaal rechten nodig op:

    • orders

    • customers

    • addresses

    • products

    • combinations

    • stock_availables

    Zet hier minimaal GET en PUT aan.

  8. Klik op Opslaan.

  9. Kopieer de gegenereerde API-sleutel en plak deze in Stockhub bij het veld ‘Access token’.

  10. Vul daarnaast in Stockhub de URL van je webshop in (zonder /api erachter — Stockhub vult dit automatisch aan indien nodig).

✅ De combinatie van de webshop-URL en de API-sleutel zorgt ervoor dat Stockhub veilig verbinding kan maken met je PrestaShop-omgeving.

4. Kies de juiste eenheden

Selecteer de juiste gewichtseenheid en afmetingseenheid voor jouw producten. Kies hier de eenheden die in je PrestaShop-webshop worden gebruikt.

5. Stel de synchronisatie in

Geef aan welke onderdelen je wilt synchroniseren:

  • Bestellingen importeren vanuit PrestaShop

  • Bestaande productinformatie bijwerken vanuit PrestaShop
    (Deze optie is alleen zichtbaar als het fulfilmentbedrijf dit voor je heeft ingeschakeld.)

  • Nieuwe producten importeren vanuit PrestaShop
    (Deze optie is alleen zichtbaar als het fulfilmentbedrijf dit voor je heeft ingeschakeld.)

  • Voorraad in PrestaShop bijwerken op basis van Stockhub

Je kunt ook een hoeveelheid virtuele voorraad opgeven. Dit is een extra buffer bovenop je daadwerkelijke voorraad, om nee-verkopen te voorkomen.

6. Opslaan en activeren

Klik op Opslaan om de koppeling te activeren. Je PrestaShop-webshop is nu verbonden met Stockhub.

Koppeling beheren of verwijderen

Wil je later iets aanpassen? Klik op de koppeling in het overzicht om de instellingen te wijzigen.

Verwijderen kan door op de koppeling te klikken en vervolgens op de rode knop ‘Verwijderen’ te drukken.

1. Go to the integration settings

Log in to the Stockhub customer portal and navigate to: Integrations > Sales Channels.Then click “New sales channel” in the top right corner. 

2. Select PrestaShop

From the list of sales channels, choose PrestaShop.

3. Fill in the required details

You will be asked to enter the following information:

  • Description (a recognizable name for the integration)

  • Shipping name: The name of the sender that will appear on the shipping label. If you leave this field empty, the default name of your shop will be used automatically.

  • Shop: The full URL of your PrestaShop webshop (for example: https://www.mywebshop.com)

  • Access token (API key from PrestaShop)

🔑 Retrieving the access token from PrestaShop

For the connection with Stockhub, PrestaShop uses its official Webservice (API). You will need to create an API key (access token).

Follow the steps below to generate one:

  1. Log in to the back office (admin panel) of your PrestaShop webshop.

  2. Go to Advanced Parameters → Webservice.

    In some PrestaShop versions, this may be listed under Advanced Settings → Webservice.

  3. First, enable the Webservice by setting “Enable PrestaShop’s webservice” to Yes (if it is not already enabled).

  4. Click on “Add new webservice key”.

  5. PrestaShop will automatically generate an API key.

  6. Give the key a recognizable description, for example:
    “Stockhub integration” or “WMS connection”.

  7. Set the correct permissions. For the integration to work properly, you need at least permissions for:

    • orders

    • customers

    • addresses

    • products

    • combinations

    • stock_availables

    Make sure that at minimum GET and PUT permissions are enabled.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Copy the generated API key and paste it into the “Access token” field in Stockhub.

  10. Also enter your webshop URL in Stockhub (without adding /api — Stockhub will automatically append this if needed).

✅ The combination of your webshop URL and the API key allows Stockhub to securely connect to your PrestaShop environment.

4. Select the correct units

Choose the correct weight unit and dimension unit for your products. Make sure these match the units used in your PrestaShop webshop.

5. Configure the synchronization settings

Indicate which elements you would like to synchronize:

  • Import orders from PrestaShop

  • Update existing product information from PrestaShop
    (This option is only visible if enabled by your fulfillment partner.)

  • Import new products from PrestaShop
    (This option is only visible if enabled by your fulfillment partner.)

  • Update stock levels in PrestaShop based on Stockhub

You can also configure a virtual stock quantity. This acts as an additional buffer on top of your actual stock to help prevent overselling.

6. Save and activate

Click Save to activate the integration. Your PrestaShop webshop is now connected to Stockhub.

Manage or remove the integration

Would you like to make changes later? Click on the integration in the overview to adjust the settings.

To remove the integration, open it and click the red “Delete” button.
