Met de Amazon-koppeling in Stockhub automatiseer je de synchronisatie van producten, bestellingen en voorraad. Hierdoor blijft je voorraad actueel, worden bestellingen automatisch doorgestuurd naar je fulfilmentpartner en voorkom je dubbele invoer. In dit artikel lees je hoe je zelf de koppeling kunt instellen via het klantenportaal in Stockhub.
1. Ga naar de integratie-instellingen
Log in op het klantenportaal van Stockhub en navigeer naar: Integraties > Verkoopkanalen. Klik vervolgens rechtsboven op ‘Nieuw verkoopkanaal’.
2. Selecteer Amazon
Kies in de lijst met verkoopkanalen voor Amazon.
3. Vul de gegevens in
Je wordt gevraagd om de volgende gegevens in te vullen:
Omschrijving (een herkenbare naam voor de koppeling)
- Afzendernaam: De naam van de afzender die op het verzendlabel komt te staan. Laat je dit veld leeg, dan wordt automatisch de standaardnaam van je shop gebruikt.
- Marktplaats: Het land van de betreffende marktplaats waarvoor je de koppeling aanmaakt.
4. De koppeling leggen
Je kunt de koppeling met Amazon eenvoudig tot stand brengen door op Inloggen met Amazon te klikken. Vervolgens word je doorgestuurd naar Amazon, waar je kunt inloggen met je Amazon-account. Accepteer daarna de gevraagde machtigingen om Stockhub toegang te geven tot je Amazon-gegevens.
Zodra je de rechten hebt geaccepteerd, wordt de verbinding automatisch tot stand gebracht en is je Amazon-account gekoppeld aan Stockhub.
5. Stel de synchronisatie in
Geef aan welke onderdelen je wilt synchroniseren:
Bestellingen importeren vanuit Amazon.
Bestaande productinformatie bijwerken vanuit Amazon (Deze optie is alleen zichtbaar als het fulfilmentbedrijf dit voor je heeft ingeschakeld).
Nieuwe producten importeren vanuit Amazon (Deze optie is alleen zichtbaar als het fulfilmentbedrijf dit voor je heeft ingeschakeld).
Voorraad in Amazon bijwerken op basis van Stockhub.
Track & trace e-mail versturen.
Je kunt ook een hoeveelheid virtuele voorraad opgeven. Dit is een extra buffer bovenop je daadwerkelijke voorraad, om nee-verkopen te voorkomen.
6. Opslaan en activeren
Klik op Opslaan om de koppeling te activeren. Je Amazon-webshop is nu verbonden met Stockhub.

With the Amazon integration in Stockhub, you can automate the synchronization of products, orders, and inventory. This keeps your inventory up to date, automatically forwards orders to your fulfilment partner, and prevents duplicate data entry. In this article, you'll learn how to set up the integration yourself through the Stockhub customer portal.
1. Go to the integration settings
Log in to the Stockhub customer portal and navigate to: Integrations > Sales Channels. Then click New Sales Channel in the top-right corner.
2. Select Amazon
From the list of available sales channels, select Amazon.
3. Enter the details
You will be asked to provide the following information:
- Description: A recognizable name for the integration.
- Shipping Name: The sender name that will appear on the shipping label. If you leave this field empty, the default name of your shop will be used automatically.
- Marketplace: The country-specific Amazon marketplace for which you want to create the integration.
4. Connect Amazon
You can easily connect Amazon by clicking Sign in with Amazon. You will be redirected to Amazon, where you can log in with your Amazon account. After logging in, accept the requested permissions to grant Stockhub access to your Amazon data.
Once you have accepted the permissions, the connection will be established automatically and your Amazon account will be linked to Stockhub.
5. Configure synchronization
Choose which data you want to synchronize:
- Import orders from Amazon.
- Update existing product information from Amazon.*
- Import new products from Amazon.*
- Update inventory in Amazon based on Stockhub inventory.
- Send track & trace emails.
You can also specify an amount of virtual inventory. This acts as an additional buffer on top of your actual stock to help prevent overselling.
* These options are only visible if they have been enabled by your fulfilment partner.
6. Save and activate
Click Save to activate the integration. Your Amazon store is now connected to Stockhub.
