Koppeling Stockhub met Returnless (NL + EN) – Stockhub

Met de koppeling tussen Stockhub en Returnless kun je retouren automatisch verwerken binnen je fulfilmentproces. Door de koppeling worden gegevens tussen beide systemen uitgewisseld, waardoor je retourstromen efficiënter kunt beheren.

De koppeling instellen

Volg onderstaande stappen om de koppeling tussen Stockhub en Returnless te activeren:

Ga in Stockhub naar Integraties > Externe koppelingen.
Klik rechtsboven op de blauwe knop ‘Externe koppeling toevoegen’.
Selecteer vervolgens Returnless uit de lijst met beschikbare koppelingen.
Geef de koppeling een herkenbare naam, bijvoorbeeld Returnless of de naam van je klant.
Vul de API-sleutel van Returnless in.

API-sleutel ophalen in Returnless

De API-sleutel vind je terug in je Returnless-omgeving:

Log in op Returnless.
Ga naar Instellingen.
Ga naar API of Integraties (afhankelijk van de inrichting van je Returnless-account).
Kopieer de beschikbare API key / API token.
Plak deze sleutel in Stockhub bij de externe koppeling.

Verbinding testen en opslaan

Nadat je de API-sleutel hebt ingevuld:

Klik op ‘Test verbinding’ om te controleren of Stockhub succesvol verbinding kan maken met Returnless.
Klik op ‘Volgende’.
Controleer de instellingen en klik daarna op ‘Opslaan’.

De koppeling tussen Stockhub en Returnless is nu actief.

The integration between Stockhub and Returnless allows you to process returns automatically within your fulfilment process. The integration exchanges data between both systems, enabling you to manage your return flows more efficiently.

Setting up the integration

Follow the steps below to activate the integration between Stockhub and Returnless:

In Stockhub, go to Integrations > External integrations.
Click the blue ‘Add external integration’ button in the top right corner.
Select Returnless from the list of available integrations.
Give the integration a recognizable name, for example Returnless or the name of your customer.
Enter the Returnless API key.

Retrieving the API key in Returnless

You can find the API key in your Returnless environment:

Log in to Returnless.
Go to Settings.
Go to API or Integrations (depending on the setup of your Returnless account).
Copy the available API key / API token.
Paste this key into Stockhub in the external integration settings.

Testing the connection and saving the integration

After entering the API key:

Click ‘Test connection’ to check whether Stockhub can successfully connect to Returnless.
Click ‘Next’.
Review the settings and click ‘Save’.

The integration between Stockhub and Returnless is now active.
