Koppeling Stockhub met Mirakl (NL + EN)

Met de Mirakl-koppeling in Stockhub automatiseer je de synchronisatie van producten, bestellingen en voorraad. Hierdoor blijft je voorraad actueel, worden bestellingen automatisch doorgestuurd naar je fulfilmentpartner en voorkom je dubbele invoer. In dit artikel lees je hoe je zelf de koppeling kunt instellen via het klantenportaal in Stockhub.

1. Ga naar de integratie-instellingen

Log in op het klantenportaal van Stockhub en navigeer naar: Integraties > Verkoopkanalen. Klik vervolgens rechtsboven op ‘Nieuw verkoopkanaal’.

2. Selecteer Mirakl

Kies in de lijst met verkoopkanalen voor Mirakl.

3. Vul de gegevens in

Je wordt gevraagd om de volgende gegevens in te vullen:

• Omschrijving (een herkenbare naam voor de koppeling)

• Afzendernaam: De naam van de afzender die op het verzendlabel komt te staan. Laat je dit veld leeg, dan wordt automatisch de standaardnaam van je shop gebruikt. 

• API sleutel (zie onderstaand hoe je die kunt verkrijgen vanuit Mirakl)

• Winkel ID (zie onderstaand hoe je die kunt verkrijgen vanuit Mirakl)

• URL

📌 Voorbeeld URL

Stel dat je verkoopt via de marketplace van Voorbeeld Marketplace die draait op Mirakl.

Dan kan de URL er bijvoorbeeld zo uitzien:

https://marketplace-decathlon-eu.mirakl.net/api

⚠️ Let op: dit is niet de publieke website van de marketplace, maar de URL van je Mirakl seller/back-office omgeving. Tevens is het belangrijk dat je heet deel /api mee kopieert in het veld in Stockhub. 

🔑 Gegevens ophalen vanuit Mirakl

Log in op je Mirakl back-office.

API-sleutel ophalen

1. Klik rechtsboven op je gebruikersnaam (meestal je e-mailadres) en kies User Settings.
2. Zoek de sectie API Key.
3. Heb je nog geen API-sleutel? Klik dan op Generate a new key of Generate.
4. Kopieer de API-sleutel.

Winkel ID (Shop ID) ophalen

1. Ga in het Mirakl back-office naar My Account of Shop Settings.
2. Open de gegevens van je winkel.
3. Noteer de Shop ID (Winkel ID).

4. Stel de synchronisatie in

Geef aan welke onderdelen je wilt synchroniseren:

• Bestellingen importeren vanuit Mirakl

• Bestaande productinformatie bijwerken vanuit Mirakl (Deze optie is alleen zichtbaar als het fulfilmentbedrijf dit voor je heeft ingeschakeld).

• Nieuwe producten importeren vanuit Mirakl (Deze optie is alleen zichtbaar als het fulfilmentbedrijf dit voor je heeft ingeschakeld).

• Voorraad in Mirakl bijwerken op basis van Stockhub

Je kunt ook een hoeveelheid virtuele voorraad opgeven. Dit is een extra buffer bovenop je daadwerkelijke voorraad, om nee-verkopen te voorkomen.

5. Opslaan en activeren

Klik op Opslaan om de koppeling te activeren. Je Mirakl-webshop is nu verbonden met Stockhub.

Koppeling beheren of verwijderen

Wil je later iets aanpassen? Klik op de koppeling in het overzicht om de instellingen te wijzigen.
Verwijderen kan door op de koppeling te klikken en vervolgens op de rode knop ‘Verwijderen’ te drukken.

With the Mirakl integration in Stockhub, you can automate the synchronization of products, orders, and inventory. This ensures your stock levels remain up to date, orders are automatically forwarded to your fulfillment partner, and duplicate data entry is prevented. In this article, you’ll learn how to set up the integration yourself via the Stockhub customer portal.

1. Go to the integration settings

Log in to the Stockhub customer portal and navigate to: Integrations > Sales Channels. Then click “New sales channel” in the top right corner.

2. Select Mirakl

From the list of available sales channels, select Mirakl.

3. Enter the details

You will be asked to enter the following information:

• Description: A recognizable name for the integration

• Shipping name: The sender name that will appear on the shipping label. If this field is left empty, the default shop name will be used automatically.

• API key (See below for instructions on how to retrieve this from Mirakl.)

• Shop ID (See below for instructions on how to retrieve this from Mirakl.)

• URL

Suppose you sell through the Example Marketplace, which is powered by Mirakl.

Your URL may look similar to the following:

https://marketplace-decathlon-eu.mirakl.net/api

⚠️ Important: This is not the public marketplace website, but the URL of your Mirakl Seller Portal (back office). Make sure to include the /api part when copying the URL into the corresponding field in Stockhub.

🔑 Retrieving your Mirakl credentials

Log in to your Mirakl back office.

Retrieve your API key

1. Click your username (usually your email address) in the top-right corner and select User Settings.
2. Locate the API Key section.
3. If you do not have an API key yet, click Generate a new key or Generate.
4. Copy the generated API key.

Retrieve your Shop ID

1. In the Mirakl back office, navigate to My Account or Shop Settings.
2. Open your shop details.
3. Note your Shop ID.

4. Configure synchronization settings

Specify which components you want to synchronize:

• Import orders from Mirakl

• Update existing product information from Mirakl
  (This option is only visible if your fulfillment provider has enabled this for you.)

• Import new products from Mirakl
  (This option is only visible if your fulfillment provider has enabled this for you.)

• Update inventory levels in Mirakl based on Stockhub

You can also define a virtual stock quantity. This acts as an additional buffer on top of your actual inventory to help prevent out-of-stock sales.

5. Save and activate

Click Save to activate the integration. Your Mirakl webshop is now connected to Stockhub.

Managing or removing the integration

If you want to make changes later, click on the integration in the overview to adjust the settings.
To remove the integration, click on it and then select the red “Delete” button.
