Koppeling Stockhub met Lightspeed ecwid (NL + EN)

Met de Lightspeed-koppeling in Stockhub automatiseer je de synchronisatie van je producten, bestellingen en voorraad. Hierdoor blijft je voorraad altijd actueel, komen bestellingen automatisch binnen bij je fulfilmentpartner en hoef je gegevens nooit dubbel in te voeren. In dit artikel lees je hoe je zelf de koppeling instelt.

1. Ga naar de integratie-instellingen

Log in op het klantenportaal van Stockhub en navigeer naar: Integraties > Verkoopkanalen. Klik vervolgens rechtsboven op ‘Nieuw verkoopkanaal’.

2. Selecteer Lightspeed ecwid

Kies in de lijst met verkoopkanalen voor Lightspeed ecwid.

3. Vul de gegevens in

Je wordt gevraagd om de volgende gegevens in te vullen:

• Omschrijving (een herkenbare naam voor de koppeling)

• Afzendernaam: De naam van de afzender die op het verzendlabel komt te staan. Laat je dit veld leeg, dan wordt automatisch de standaardnaam van je shop gebruikt. 

• Store id (identificatienummer van je webshop in Lightspeed) > zie onderstaand hoe je deze op kunt halen uit Lightspeed.

• Geheime sleutel (API-secret) > zie onderstaand hoe je deze op kunt halen uit Lightspeed.

Na het invullen van de bovenstaande gegevens kun je op ‘Test verbinding’ klikken om te controleren of de koppeling correct werkt.

🔑 Gegevens ophalen vanuit Lightspeed ecwid

1. Store ID vinden

Je Store ID is een uniek nummer dat je Ecwid-winkel identificeert. Je kunt deze op de volgende manieren vinden:

• Via het Ecwid-beheerderpaneel: Log in op je Ecwid-beheerderpaneel. Je Store ID wordt weergegeven in de linkerbenedenhoek van elke pagina van het controlepaneel. 

• Via de browseradresbalk: Wanneer je bent ingelogd op je Ecwid-beheerderpaneel, zie je je Store ID in de URL.

• Plak de Store ID in het juiste veld in Stockhub.

2. Geheime sleutel (API Key) verkrijgen

Om toegang te krijgen tot de Ecwid API, heb je een geheime sleutel nodig. Volg deze stappen om deze te verkrijgen:

1. Log in op je Ecwid-beheerderpaneel.

2. Navigeer naar de ontwikkelaarssectie: Ga naar Instellingen > Algemene instellingen > Ontwikkelaars. 

3. Maak een nieuwe API-sleutel aan:

   • Klik op 'Nieuwe API-sleutel'.

   • Voer een naam in voor de API-sleutel (bijvoorbeeld de naam van de integratie of van je ontwikkelaar).

   • Klik op 'Opslaan'

4. Activeer de API-sleutel en stel de rechten in:

   • Schakel de API-sleutel in door de schakelaar onder Instellingen te activeren.

   • Selecteer de gewenste machtigingen door de relevante selectievakjes aan te vinken.

   • Klik op Opslaan.

5. Bekijk en kopieer de geheime sleutel:

   • Onder het gedeelte details wordt de API-sleutel weergegeven.

   • Klik op Tonen om de geheime sleutel (API Secret) te bekijken.

   • Plak de sleutel in het juiste veld in Stockhub. 

4. Selecteer de juiste eenheden

Kies de juiste gewichtseenheid en afmetingseenheid voor je producten. Kies hier de eenheden die in je Lightspeed worden gebruikt. 

5. Stel de synchronisatie in

Geef aan welke onderdelen je wilt synchroniseren:

• Bestellingen importeren vanuit Lightspeed

• Bestaande productinformatie bijwerken vanuit Lightspeed (Deze optie is alleen zichtbaar als het fulfilmentbedrijf dit voor je heeft ingeschakeld).

• Nieuwe producten importeren vanuit Lightspeed (Deze optie is alleen zichtbaar als het fulfilmentbedrijf dit voor je heeft ingeschakeld).

• Voorraad in Lightspeed bijwerken op basis van Stockhub

Je kunt ook een hoeveelheid virtuele voorraad opgeven. Dit is een extra buffer bovenop je daadwerkelijke voorraad, om nee-verkopen te voorkomen.

6. Opslaan en activeren

Klik op Opslaan om de koppeling te activeren. Je Lightspeed-webshop is nu verbonden met Stockhub.

Koppeling beheren of verwijderen

Wil je later iets aanpassen? Klik op de koppeling in het overzicht om de instellingen te wijzigen.
Verwijderen kan door op de koppeling te klikken en vervolgens op de rode knop ‘Verwijderen’ te drukken.

With the Lightspeed (Ecwid) integration in Stockhub, you can automate the synchronization of your products, orders, and inventory. This ensures your stock levels are always up to date, orders are automatically received by your fulfillment partner, and data never has to be entered twice. In this article, you’ll learn how to set up the integration yourself.

1. Go to the integration settings

Log in to the Stockhub customer portal and navigate to: Integrations > Sales Channels. Then click “New sales channel” in the top right corner.

2. Select Lightspeed Ecwid

From the list of available sales channels, select Lightspeed Ecwid.

3. Enter the details

You will be asked to enter the following information:

• Description: A recognizable name for the integration

• Shipping name: The sender name that will appear on the shipping label. If this field is left empty, the default shop name will be used automatically.

• Store ID: The identification number of your webshop in Lightspeed (see below for instructions on how to retrieve this).

• Secret key (API secret): See below for instructions on how to retrieve this from Lightspeed.

After entering the above details, click “Test connection” to verify that the integration is working correctly.

🔑 Retrieving credentials from Lightspeed Ecwid

1. Finding the Store ID

Your Store ID is a unique number that identifies your Ecwid store. You can find it in the following ways:

• Via the Ecwid admin panel:
  Log in to your Ecwid admin panel. Your Store ID is displayed in the bottom-left corner of every page in the control panel.

• Via the browser address bar:
  When logged in to the Ecwid admin panel, your Store ID is visible in the URL.

Paste the Store ID into the appropriate field in Stockhub.

2. Obtaining the Secret Key (API Key)

To access the Ecwid API, you need a secret key. Follow these steps to obtain it:

1. Log in to your Ecwid admin panel.

2. Navigate to the developer section:
   Settings > General Settings > Developers.

3. Create a new API key:

   • Click “New API Key”.

   • Enter a name for the API key (for example, the name of the integration or your developer).

   • Click Save.

4. Activate the API key and configure permissions:

   • Enable the API key using the toggle under Settings.

   • Select the required permissions by checking the relevant boxes.

   • Click Save.

5. View and copy the secret key:

   • Under the Details section, the API key is displayed.

   • Click Show to view the secret key (API secret).

   • Paste the key into the appropriate field in Stockhub.

4. Select the correct units

Choose the correct weight unit and dimension unit for your products. Make sure to select the units that are used in your Lightspeed environment.

5. Configure synchronization settings

Specify which components you want to synchronize:

• Import orders from Lightspeed

• Update existing product information from Lightspeed (This option is only visible if your fulfillment provider has enabled this for you.)

• Import new products from Lightspeed (This option is only visible if your fulfillment provider has enabled this for you.)

• Update inventory levels in Lightspeed based on Stockhub

You can also define a virtual stock quantity. This acts as an additional buffer on top of your actual inventory to help prevent out-of-stock sales.

6. Save and activate

Click Save to activate the integration. Your Lightspeed webshop is now connected to Stockhub.

Managing or removing the integration

If you want to make changes later, click on the integration in the overview to adjust the settings.
To remove the integration, click on it and then select the red “Delete” button.
